Job DetailsJob Location: Main - MASON, OH 45040Position Type: Full TimeGeneral Purpose of Position:  Responsible for developing connections and business relationships with brand clients for licensing brand products for authorized generics commercialization. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):   Duties/Responsibilities 1 Work with internal departments to quantify/qualify AG opportunities 2 Continually monitor market conditions to identify potential AG opportunities 3 Present company AG model to key contacts within brand companies 4 Serve as a resource to other internal departments (Sales, Marketing, etc) 5 Identify, target, contact, and develop business relationships with key people within brand pharmaceutical companies 6 Conduct follow-up communications with brand companies  QualificationsTravel: Position may require 15-25% travel Work Shift: This position works days. Monday – Friday. Onsite in Mason, OH Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of brand pharmaceuticals and a growing knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical business Expertise in verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to demands in a fast-paced work environment. Experience and competency in relationship-building, facilitation, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a hands-on collaborative fashion with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the company. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree. MBA or other master’s degree a plus. 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Physical Demands and Work Environment:      Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time Extended viewing of computer screens and manual dexterity to operate office equipment Required to sit, talk, see and hear.  Occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.   Must use hands and fingers to operate computer Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned.
