Job DetailsJob Location: Main - MASON, OH 45040Position Type: Full TimeGeneral Purpose of Position:  Responsible for coordinating global partnerships for the U.S. market, utilizing Prasco’s world-class commercialization reputation.    Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):   Duties/Responsibilities 1 Define market opportunity requirements and provide feedback on potential targets 2 Identify and manage contracted/in-licensed products 3 Manage and adhere to contractual terms both internally and externally 4 Coordinate new partnerships to bring global partners to the U.S. market 5 Address and provide input on forecasting and coordination with partner to address operational needs 6 Research and evaluate new revenue opportunities to determine strategic fit 7 Leverage learnings across product launches to develop best practices QualificationsTravel: Position may require 10-20% travel Work Shift: This position works days. Monday – Friday. Onsite in Mason, OH Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Ability to learn and adapt to demands in a fast-paced work environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills Ability to work in a hands-on collaborative fashion with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the company. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree. MBA or other master’s degree a plus. 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Established business development relationships with generic and/or brand pharmaceutical companies Physical Demands and Work Environment:      Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time Extended viewing of computer screens and manual dexterity to operate office equipment Required to sit, talk, see and hear.  Occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.   Must use hands and fingers to operate computer Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned.
