TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Advisor to join our team at our Mason Branch location. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience.

Schedule

Up to 40 hours per week, including:

Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service to members
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Open and maintain deposit accounts
Assist members with consumer loan applications
Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required
One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using technology and learning new systems
