JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for Dart Bank. This role utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless hiring workflow, serves as the primary point of contact for applicants, and supports employer branding and recruiting events to build strong talent pipelines. II. JOB DUTIES: Manages full-cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and pre-employment screenings. Serves as a primary point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate data and up-to-candidate records within recruiting systems to ensure compliance with hiring policies. Works closely with hiring teams, in partnership with the TA Specialist, to understand role requirements, success profiles, and business priorities to develop effective recruiting strategies. Provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process, including market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions. Communicate regularly with hiring teams to provide updates, feedback, and recommendations throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conducts proactive outreach to passive candidates. Attends job fairs and recruiting events; manages recruitment materials. Maintains accurate and complete personnel records in accordance with confidentiality and retention requirements. Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Skills: Strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting Strong ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Proven experience using Application Tracking Systems and sourcing tools Experience: 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred; banking experience is a plus.
