Education, Training and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous similar repair experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication (spoken/written) skills; ability to positively motivate and influence people
- Possess good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to learn new repair tasks quickly
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a steady output
- Be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform various other physical activities throughout the day, which may include some heavy lifting at times
- Good reading and math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Highly reliable with demonstrated record of accomplishment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair lottery terminal components, both vending and retailer terminals, returned on RMAs
- Verify repair work by testing each component to ensure it is fully operational
- Document repair work completed on each component, both on the completed RMA form and for internal Repair Data Base
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Properly store and maintain parts, tools, test equipment and documentation
- Notify manager when parts need replenished
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and meet daily repair goals
- Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift as demands increase/decrease

Security Requirements
Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State or District Lottery and Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment. A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
