As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white-glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Positions Available: 

Flexible scheduling- Dining Room Server 

Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour, and goes up based on experience

Schedule: Full time, AM and weekend availability needed

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others

• Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety

• 18 years of age or older or high school graduate
