Join our Midwest Marketing team and support multiple parks and properties by coordinating events, managing budgets, and organizing marketing content. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our in park and digital materials are accurate, engaging, and on-brand—making the magic happen behind the scenes.


Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning, setup, and execution of park events, managing logistics, promotions, and admin tasks.
  • Signage Management: Oversee in-park signage content, submissions, and production coordination.
  • Content Updates: Gather and organize information from park departments to keep marketing materials current.
  • Promotions Support: Handle tickets, marketing assets, and logistics for radio/TV promotions and off-site events.
  • Reporting: Compile data and visuals for marketing recaps and stakeholder presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with park departments to ensure marketing content aligns with park initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • College junior/senior pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power-Point and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
