We’re hiring Dining Room Servers at Montage Mason, and we’re happy to work with your schedule!

Make a meaningful impact every day by providing exceptional dining experiences that nourish, comfort, and bring joy to the residents who call our community home. Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community in Mason, Ohio, where our residents receive a five-star, white-glove dining experience.

As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an important role in making each resident’s dining experience enjoyable, comfortable, and personalized. You’ll serve meals, keep dining areas clean and organized, and provide friendly, resident-first service while working alongside our Dining Services team.

Flexible Scheduling Options

We are looking for people interested in a variety of shifts, including:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 2:00 or 3:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2:00PM or 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What We Offer

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time

$500 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time

Starting Pay: $14.00/hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience

Positions: Full-Time and Part-Time
Weekend Availability: Required for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to residents
• Deliver meals efficiently and accurately
• Follow special diets and portion requirements
• Prepare and maintain dining tables and service areas
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Work closely with Dining Leadership and the Dining Services team
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience for every resident

• Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Must be 18 years of age or older or a high school graduate
