Are you passionate about helping people move and feel their best? Our growing physical therapy clinic is looking for a Stretch Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in exercise science, kinesiology, health sciences, personal training, or fitness who enjoys working one-on-one with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement.

We emphasize comprehensive training, mentorship, and credential development to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in a clinical environment.

What you'll do

  • Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, and movement strategies.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes.
  • Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn hands-on stretching techniques and clinical protocols.
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site.
  • Backgrounds in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Athletic Training, Personal Training, Fitness or Human Performance. Related health or movement science degree are preferred, but not required.
