Delphi Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Emergency Medicine team at Massena Hospital in Northern New York. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a low-volume rural ED while enjoying a predictable week-on/week-off schedule—perfect for maintaining work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

Schedule: 7-on, 7-off (12-hour shifts, 7 AM - 7 PM)
Compensation: $70-$75 per hour
Benefits: $25,000 stipend for health benefits
Employment Type: W2 position
Experience: Preferred, but not required

Who We’re Looking For:

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in New York State
Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred (but new grads encouraged to apply)
