Description

  

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily operations at a Little Caesars restaurant. This role is a key leadership position responsible for shift execution, team supervision, customer service, and operational standards.

Assistant Managers are expected to be present, engaged leaders on every shift. They help set the tone for the team, ensure procedures are followed, and step in to solve problems in real time. This position is ideal for individuals who want to grow into a General Manager role.


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or Key Holder in a restaurant or QSR environment
  • Strong reliability, attendance, and time management
  • Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays


Requirements

Operations & Shift Leadership

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead shifts by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational flow
  • Maintain an active on-floor presence to support the team and customers
  • Ensure compliance with Little Caesars procedures and brand standards

Team Supervision & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and support Crew Members during shifts
  • Reinforce training, proper procedures, and productivity standards
  • Help onboard and train new employees
  • Identify potential leaders and assist with development and advancement

Customer Service & Problem Resolution

  • Ensure consistent, friendly, and accurate customer service
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Set the example for service standards and teamwork

Food Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance

  • Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
  • Monitor cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
  • Follow and enforce safety, security, and health department requirements

Accountability & Communication

  • Communicate shift performance, staffing issues, and operational concerns to the General Manager
  • Follow through on assigned tasks and operational priorities
  • Take responsibility for shift outcomes and team performance
