About the Role:
The Paving Laborer plays a critical role in the successful completion of construction projects focused on sports surfaces, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This position involves preparing job sites by clearing debris, setting forms, and assisting with the mixing and pouring of asphalt or concrete materials. The laborer ensures that paving materials are applied evenly and efficiently, contributing to the durability and safety of the finished surface. Working closely with equipment operators and supervisors, the paving laborer helps maintain a smooth workflow and adheres to safety standards throughout the project. Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Completion of OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour construction safety training.

Responsibilities:

- Load, unload, and transport paving materials such as asphalt, concrete, and gravel to designated areas.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or hazards.
