• Competitive annual salary $85,000-95,000; senior level experience $96,000 and up

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification and NJ license
• Outstanding clinical competence and judgement

Responsibilities:

• Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.
• Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Customize behavior intervention plans for your clients
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians
• Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes
• Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.
