What you'll do:Â
Â
-You will be responsible for driving market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for PIXCEL’s silicon-photonics modules. You will:
-Identify new markets and applications for PIXCEL’s novel imaging and sensing technology, including medical, dental, health monitoring, and industrial segments.
-Drive business development, from lead generation to closing, managing relationships with customers and partners.
-Serve as the bridge between R&D, engineering, and external customers, providing technical guidance on market requirements.
-Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies. Conduct strategic market research, including analyzing competing technologies, identifying market trends, and evaluating the regulatory landscapes.

Requirements:
Â
-B.S. in engineering or another technical field. M.B.A preferred.
-5-10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the medical device or MedTech industry.
-Technical understanding of optical imaging systems, spectrometers, laser systems, and related photonic technology.
-Industry knowledge in MedTech, Biotech, or industrial sensing
