Job DetailsJob Location: Fourchon Facility - Fourchon, LA 70357Position Type: Full Time  Company Description: John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC is the local leader in dockside, mid-streaming, and offshore fueling along the Mississippi River, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Venice, Louisiana, and into the Gulf of Mexico. Position: Dockman Fourchon Reports To: Facility Manager Worksite: Dockside Facility in Fourchon, Louisiana (on-site sleeping accommodations are available). Work Schedule: 14 days (7 days / 7 nights) on / 7 full days off.  12 hours per shift. Headquarters: Located in Terrytown, Louisiana. Load and discharge liquid cargo to and from docks, vessels, trucks, tote tanks, and shore tanks. Perform tankering/bunkering operations. Complete and submit paperwork, including sales tickets, daily reports, and the like in a timely manner. Offload trash and used oil filters from vessels. Update job logs on an ongoing basis. Maintain cleanliness of the facility. Operate a fork lift. Maintain equipment. Troubleshoot problems. Complete sale tickets along with other necessary paperwork Track inventory. Repackage inventory. Basic computer skills. Able to work unsupervised. Adhere to and comply with company and safety policies, United States Coast Guard Regulations, and environmental laws and regulations. Other duties that may be requested by Director, Supervisor or Executive Management as needed QualificationsMinimum Qualifications At Least 18 Years of Age. Valid Driver’s License. Reliable Transportation to and from Work. High School Diploma (or its equivalent). Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). Basic Computer Skills. At Least Six Months of Heavy Manual-Labor Work Experience. Fuel or oilfied experience a plus Crane and Forklift expereince preferred
