Summary:
This position will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, analyzing process data, and assisting with process optimization efforts to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing process parameters.
- Collect, analyze, and report process performance data.
- Support yield improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Investigate process-related issues and identify root causes.
- Assist in validating new processes and production conditions.
- Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
- Support process change management and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- PE work management, FTT Monitoring, yield improvementÂ
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience
- Journeyman’s certificate or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- 7+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent relevant experience required
- Understanding of production and processing equipmentÂ
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
