Summary:

This position will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, analyzing process data, and assisting with process optimization efforts to improve product quality and production efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain manufacturing process parameters.
  • Collect, analyze, and report process performance data.
  • Support yield improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Investigate process-related issues and identify root causes.
  • Assist in validating new processes and production conditions.
  • Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
  • Support process change management and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • PE work management, FTT Monitoring, yield improvement 
  • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
    • Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
    • Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Journeyman’s certificate or equivalent preferred


Experience:

  • 7+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Understanding of production and processing equipment 
  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
