We are hiring an Account Executive to drive patient relationships, retention, and revenue growth. This role is not about volume. It is about becoming the trusted advisor for patients making life-altering decisions about their health. You are not just a rep. You are a concierge operator in a high-performance environment where your ability to build trust directly translates to your paycheck.

Drive explosive revenue growth by managing high-level patient relationships.
Act as the bridge between a patient’s current state and their peak performance potential.
Educate patients on complex treatment options with authority and clarity.
Maintain a call-first mentality to overcome objections and lock in commitment.
Navigate a high-pressure, fast-paced environment that demands extreme accountability.

Maintain 95% or higher retention on your assigned patient book. We keep patients for life.
Consistently hit or exceeded monthly new revenue targets without exception.
Master our management systems and treatment offerings within your first 90 days.
Ensure every patient feels like they are your only priority through elite service.
Work Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM, with flexibility as needed for patient care.

Requirements: This is what it takes.

1–2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or relationship-driven roles.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing a high-performance pipeline.
Exceptional over-the-phone communication skills; ability to build rapport instantly.
Deep interest in hormone health, longevity, and performance-based wellness.
Must be a current resident of North Carolina.
