In this role, you'll join a respected outpatient team dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care. Our clinic serves a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals recovering from injury, and those experiencing musculoskeletal, balance, and mobility-related conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys both patient care and leadership and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Your Role:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Provide leadership and support for day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
  • Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to drive outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinic activity.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
  • Promote patient satisfaction, community engagement, and clinic growth initiatives.
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
