What You’ll Do
As an Email Automation Specialist you will be responsible responsible for building, executing, and maintaining automated email campaigns that support business, marketing, and customer communication goals. This role focuses on workflow automation, audience segmentation, quality assurance, and performance optimization to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging email communications.
- Build and manage automated email workflows, including triggered, transactional, and lifecycle campaigns
- Configure audience segmentation and personalization logic to support targeted messaging
- Execute email sends, ensuring accuracy in content, links, timing, and audience selection
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide recommendations for optimization
- Troubleshoot automation issues, data mismatches, and delivery errors
- Maintain email best practices related to compliance (CAN-SPAM, data privacy, opt-in/opt-out management)
- Partner with Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and support campaign execution
- Document automation processes and maintain organized workflow structures
- Perform ongoing quality checks and testing prior to deployment.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Essential Qualities for Success
Â
- 1-3 years of hands-on email marketing execution experience.
- Direct experience building and deploying campaigns within a major ESP.
- Strong attention to detail; you are comfortable working with complex checklists.
- Working knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and basic HTML for email.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication
Physical RequirementsÂ
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
- Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
- Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
- Close vision for computer-related activities.

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.95 and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
