Maintenance Technician

BridgeWorks is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a specialized role — and if you've got the skills and the stability to grow with us long-term, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and repair specialized production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and keep operations running smoothly
• Work independently with a high level of skill and accountability

What We're Looking For:

• Proven, hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Stable work history — this is a long-term opportunity, and we invest heavily in training our people
• Strong math and measuring skills
• Must pass drug screen and background check

This isn't an entry-level position. We invest significant time in training our techs on our specific equipment—up to six months or a year—so we're looking for someone ready to build a long-term career with us, not just pass through.
