Shift: First

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation of automated welding robot, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Must be able to load and unload parts within a robot welding cell
Set up, run and observe automated welding machine
Monitor welding cycles
Inspect finished welds for cracks, holes, or weak spots using gauges and visual checks
Must be familiar reading prints and work instructions
Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment
Strong attention to detail is very important
Able to keep work area clean and organized
Willingness to perform other machining jobs if necessary

Essential Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with automated machinery a plus
Experience with automated welding robot a plus
Experience in manufatruing environment preferred
