Our client, a well‑established and respected leader in the food & beverage industry, is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, lead store management teams, and drive operational excellence across the district. This role is ideal for a strong people leader with multi‑unit experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.

The District Manager will guide store managers in achieving business goals, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage performance in a fast‑paced, multi‑unit environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop store managers to strengthen management capability and team performance.

  • Oversee district‑wide operations, ensuring consistent execution and a positive customer experience.

  • Spend significant time in stores observing operations, providing feedback, and supporting managers.

  • Build staffing plans, manage talent acquisition, and maintain management staffing levels.

  • Create district implementation plans based on trends and local market insights.

  • Communicate priorities clearly and ensure alignment with regional and company initiatives.

  • Analyze business indicators and financial reports to identify trends and address performance issues.

  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, operational standards, and safety requirements.

  • Foster strong relationships with partners and support services teams.

  • Conduct performance assessments, set goals, and manage ongoing development for store managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

  • Experience in a multi‑unit environment and fast‑paced retail or restaurant operations.

  • Strong ability to analyze financial reports and business trends.

  • Strong operational, supervisory, and team‑building skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats.

  • Ability to manage confidential information and build effective relationships.
