How you’ll contribute

Ā Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

  • Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
  • Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
  • Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
  • Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
  • Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
  • Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other dutiesĀ as assigned.

What we’re looking forĀ 

Ā· RN license required

Ā  Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Ā· ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. Handle With Care (HWC) preferred

Ā· One year of experience preferred

Ā· ASLS certification preferred
