EOI Space is developing and deploying a constellation of satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) to provide ultra-high-resolution Earth imagery. We aim to deliver timely and actionable data for commercial and defense applications.

EOI Space is looking for a Workforce Support Coordinator to support daily workplace operations and help maintain a clean, organized, and functional environment for employees and visitors. This role will support office cleanliness, facilities upkeep, onboarding logistics, and general office coordination activities across the organization. 

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and supporting the day-to-day needs of the workplace. 

 

What you will do: 

You will work closely with employees and internal teams to support daily office operations, workplace cleanliness, facilities coordination, and general office support functions. You’ll help ensure the office environment remains clean, stocked, organized, and ready to support day-to-day business operations. 

This is a hands-on role in a lean and collaborative environment where reliability, attention to detail, and strong follow-through are critical. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct daily cleaning of office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, bathrooms, and common areas daily. 
  • Replenish consumables (beverages, snacks, soap, paper towels, kitchen supplies) and flag stock requirements proactively. 
  • Dispose of waste and recycling daily. 
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment faults to the appropriate contact. 
  • Set up and tear down meeting rooms as required. 
  • Assist with receipt and distribution of mail, deliveries, and office supplies. 
  • Support onboarding logistics (desk setup, access materials, day 1 meetings). 
  • Assist staff with general office requests as needed 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated experience in a cleaning, facilities, or office support role. 
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and consistent follow-through. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time across a daily routine. 
  • Physically capable of tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. 
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct. 

 

Compensation: 

The pay range for this role is $20-$26 per hour, depending on previous experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and internal equity. 

 

Work Location & Schedule: 

  • This role is based in Lafayette, CO.  
  • Part-time, Monday to Friday.
