Missions

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for banking applications• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver robust solutions• Optimize application performance and scalability• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with banking security standards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in backend development using Java• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)• Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems• Familiarity with security protocols and data protection regulations• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools
