About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the hospital and its clients. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utilizing strong communication skills and computer proficiency to manage interactions across various platforms. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently and with professionalism.
  • Experience working with a customer base in a service-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role 
  • Additional language skills to support a diverse customer base.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients throughout their veterinary visits
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, patient records, transactions, and patient scheduling
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide support to pet parents
  • Provide pet health information to assist clients in making informed decisions
