About the Role:

The Security role is critical in ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and information within various environments across the United States. This position involves monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules, thereby maintaining a secure and orderly environment. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential security risks and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies to mitigate harm. Collaboration with law enforcement and emergency services may be required to handle complex situations effectively. Ultimately, this role contributes to creating a safe atmosphere that supports the well-being of employees, visitors, and assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with security technology such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
