Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities and State Veteran Homes. Our multidisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers/Licensed Professional Counselors/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. What You’ll DoĀ 

  • Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
    to set/manage treatment plansĀ 
  • Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductionsĀ 
  • Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health teamĀ 
  • Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)Ā 
  • Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriateĀ 
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR systemĀ

QualificationsĀ 

  • Licensed NP or PA in the state of OklahomaĀ 
  • Psychiatric/mental health experience requiredĀ

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locallyĀ
