Rio Bank is looking for a detail-oriented Deposit Quality Specialist to help ensure customer accounts are accurate, complete, and compliant.

Day in the Life

In this role, your day may include:

  • Monitoring reports and clearing documentation exceptions
  • Reviewing account files for accuracy and completeness
  • Verifying account setup across systems
  • Working with branch teams to resolve documentation issues
  • Preparing notices, reports, and daily operational tasks
  • Maintaining organized, audit-ready records
