Job DetailsJob Location: mcallen, TX 78503Responsibilities: keep track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments. Track inventory counts and check the items in inventory for damage or discrepancies. Control and record all the documentation used during the product shipping and receiving process, ensuring product descriptions and quantities match 100% with the invoice for inbounds or Sales Order for outbounds. Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods. Assuring no damaged items are sent or received. Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list. Collaborating with the marketing department to develop a schedule for assembling and displaying manufacturer marketing pieces on the sales floor. Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory. Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary. Work always respecting the work processes established to guarantee the quality in the services provided, as well as respecting the rules of Security in the Company. Engage with vendors and rivers with a positive attitude and in a respectful manner.  Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in the position or similar positions Ability to execute and report results at management levels. Experience in personnel management English/Spanish Bilingual Customer Service/Service Experience. Leadership Skills, Communication Skills at all levels. QualificationsEducation and Knowledge: Timely Communication with your work team (forklift drivers/Checkers) and with your supervisor. High Sense of Urgency Capacity for the management of Times and Tasks Emotional Intelligence Leadership Ability to Analyze/Creativity to solve problems. Attached to Procedures Respect for The Images of Authority in the Company (Supervisors). Responsibility/Safety Work Awareness (Safety). High Sense of Urgency Customer Service/Friendly Treatment  Shipping & Receiving software management experience and knowledge. Preferred experience (plus NOT required) in forklift handling.
