Aptus Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to assist in the delivery of therapy services aimed at helping patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities.

Education:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program

Licensure:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is preferred but not required

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and assist patients in therapy activities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to assist patients physically as needed

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
