Brundage is now seeking an individual with a can-do-attitude ready to join the F&B management team with high energy and a positive work ethic. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, ability to provide solid leadership, demonstrate quick problem-solving skills and motivate the team during slow and peak service. This position works full time during winter and summer operating seasons and may transition to reduced or variable hours during shoulder seasons based on business needs.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise all assigned outlets ensuring excellent service standards are met within all work areas (including Smoky’s Bar & Grill, Base Camp Coffee, Bear’s Den Yurt, Upper Lot Bar, Main Street Café, and Catering events) Work closely with staff on food quality control and maintaining the smooth and sanitary operation of all outlets.  Participate in the creation and advancement of new menu items and concepts to generate interest in our food and beverage outlets Assist with hiring and scheduling of staff in all outlets Monitor labor within assigned venue outlets and assist managing and supervising staff with labor needs using Paycom HRIS software Have a clear knowledge of all duties and responsibilities of assigned outlets with the ability to perform each position with clarity and accuracy Understand the function and operation of all assigned outlets’ equipment with the ability to operate, problem-solve and/or fix when needed Ensure a positive work environment with supportive and encouraging managing techniques  Must demonstrate proven leadership skills and must be able to delegate, effectively train, develop and motivate staff.  Must effectively mentor key leadership positions with the department Maintain open lines of communication with F&B Director, management team and staff to ensure operational needs are met and policies are enforced.   Maintains current understanding of legal issues and technological advances with impact on the industry; maintains awareness of scope and progress of competition. Effectively communicates with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and all other outside contacts QualificationsExperience Qualifications: Minimum of three years’ experience in managing role within the F&B industry Knowledge of all applicable county, state, and federal laws regarding food and beverage handling practices, including applicable state liquor laws ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain.  Familiar with Microsoft Office software  Experience with point of sale systems    Other Qualifications: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to navigate stairs, uneven terrain, and multiple resort locations. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying mountain weather conditions. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Must have a valid driver license and pass a Motor Vehicle Records background check
