About the Role:

Botkins Electric and Plumbing Co is looking for a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Botkins, OH! Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
Perform installations of pipes, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components
Conduct routine plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance services
Identify and resolve issues including leaks, clogs, and drain problems efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs, recommendations, and service options
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and best practices
Ohio plumbing license or certification preferred
Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or physically demanding environments
