General Maintenance Technician / Driver

About the Role

Bell-Mark Technologies is looking for a dependable, hands-on professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance Technician/Driver, you will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by ensuring our facility is well-maintained and handling local logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Facility Support: Assist the Production Manager with general facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep tasks.
• Coordination: Follow maintenance priorities and work independently to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Logistics: Complete daily pickups and deliveries to/from local vendors using the company truck or van.
• Vehicle Care: Safely operate company vehicles and perform routine inspections to ensure they stay in top shape.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Technical Skill: Familiarity with hand and power tools; standard industrial maintenance practices; comfortable driving larger vehicles (trucks/vans).
• Reliability: A self-starter who is dependable and follows directions well.

 Preferred Skills

• Experience with Industrial Electrical and/or Plumbing work.
• Experience in Mechanical Assembly.
• Forklift certification/experience.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance tasks for CNC and Manual Machine Tools is a plus!

Location: Dover, Pennsylvania

Pay: $20.00/hour and up based on skills and experience. 

Job Type: Full-time/Hourly, Day Shift, 7am – 3:30pm.
