LSI Staffing is HIRING Production Workers – Napoleon, OH

BIG PROJECT UNTIL DECEMEBR $19.50 PER HOUR LOTS OF OVERTIME! 

Our office is located in TEXAS we will be conducting interview VIRTUALLY- ZOOM!

Starting Pay:

• $19.50 /hour – 3rd Shift

Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work Saturdays and overtime.
• Must pass a background check and drug test at the clinic.
• Must be reliable and dependable.

Work Rules:

• Hair must be pulled back at all times.
• No jewelry allowed.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Wear jeans and a t-shirt (no holes or offensive designs).
• Long hair must be tied back.
• Employees cannot leave for lunch – please pack a lunch.
• A clear water bottle with a cap is allowed on the line.

Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday PLUS SUNDAY 

Note: This is a project position. If you are a strong worker, there is a possibility to be hired long term.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce products according to specifications.
• Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during production.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols within the manufacturing facility.

Skills

• Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, contributing to an understanding of logistics and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize quality standards in production output.
