Job Summary

Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing food according to recipe standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team through all back-of-house operations. You will rotate through stations such as prep, fry, grill, and salad—and everyone contributes to keeping the kitchen clean, including dishwashing.

We provide simple procedures, organized systems, and all the tools you need to perform well.

Work all kitchen stations (prep, fry, grill, salad) with consistency

Qualifications

Must be 16 or older
Reliable transportation
Restaurant experience preferred, but not required for the right work ethic
