Position Summary

The Key Accounts Manager develops aligned partnerships with key account retailers primarily in the e-commerce market to grow total square footage and improved product mix for custom framing across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies to build and increase sales volume.  Meet or exceed all sales targets.
  • Identify and call on key account retailers primarily in the e-commerce market to develop partnering opportunities.
  • Prospect new e-commerce accounts and understand account acquisition strategies
  • Develop direct relationships with appropriate accounts across the US.
  • Develop partnership plans with the top accounts.
  • Move product mix from commodity to value added across accounts.
  • Gather, analyze and present market and competitive intelligence.
  • Help establish accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Represent Tru Vue at industry trade shows
  • Develop an effective working relationship with all departments with the company.

Personal Attributes and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in commodities required
  • Some experience in upselling to value added products or relationship partnerships preferred
  • A good understanding of financial concepts and principals
  • Industry knowledge helpful
  • Selling techniques and strategies as they relate to online marketing channels
  • Financial skills including budgeting and forecasting
  • Business partnering skills; i.e. negotiation, problem solving, conflict management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strategic application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to drive business outcomes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.

Salary Range

  • $110,000 - $120,000

Work Environment

Travel between 30-50%. This job is primarily performed in an office environment. The noise level in the office is generally moderate.
