About the RoleÂ
We’re a fast-growing team looking for bilingual (English and French) social media professionals who enjoy engaging in online conversations, creating content that connects, and helping foster digital communities that are safe and welcoming.Â
We’re looking for team members who are available to work a mix of the following shifts (including weekends):Â
Days: 8AM–4PM North American Central TimeÂ
Evenings: 4PM–12AM North American Central TimeÂ
Overnights: 12AM–8AM North American Central TimeÂ
This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.Â
Advanced proficiency in English is essential, in addition to French, as this role involves managing English and French-speaking content/accounts and collaborating closely with global teams.
What You’ll Be DoingÂ
Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voiceÂ
Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagementÂ
Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelinesÂ
Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when neededÂ
Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audienceÂ
What You Bring to the TableÂ
Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awarenessÂ
Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engagingÂ
Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiencesÂ
Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs)Â
Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)Â
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instinctsÂ
Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote workÂ

The hourly pay range for this position is $14.42 - $17.13 USD. Actual hourly pay within the hourly range will be based on a variety of factors including location, relevant experience, knowledge, and skillsÂ
From a benefits standpoint, U.S Content Specialists receive sick and safe time, flexible time off (paid time off like vacation), and a range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.). In regard to eligibility, U.S employees need to work a minimum of 21 hours per week or more for benefits and flexible time off. Â
