The Role – Customer Service Account Coordinator
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on organization, consistency, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage your own group of customer accounts, solve problems, answer questions, and help ensure every order stays on track from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Becoming the go-to contact for your assigned customer accountsÂ
- Answering customer questions by phone and email with professionalism and personalityÂ
- Processing orders, updates, and returns accurately and efficientlyÂ
- Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions independentlyÂ
- Working closely with Production, Merchandising, and Sales teams to keep orders movingÂ
- Keeping organized records and detailed customer notesÂ
- Helping create a positive experience for every customer interactionÂ
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.Â
- Occasional voluntary evenings or weekends during peak seasonsÂ

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience (office or call center preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with computers and learning new systems
- Ability to stay focused in a quiet, structured work environment with scheduled breaks
