L2 Brands is a multi-brand apparel company known for League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale and Wild Tribute. We partner with customers across the country to deliver quality branded products backed by outstanding service, and we are looking for the next great addition to our Promo Sales team.


About the Role

The Promo Team Sales Representative is a primary point of contact for customers, building long term relationships through idea generation, consistent outreach, and exceptional support. You will be provided with an assigned account list to grow, with additional opportunities to expand your book of business through inbound customer inquiries.


What You Will Do

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on L2 products, graphic designs, embellishment methods, order policies, lead times, and brand standards
  • Assist customers with project solutions, price quotes, look books, and closing orders
  • Manage customer inquiries, account setup, and order entry, including processing orders by phone, email, or fax
  • Review and process orders in queue daily, ensuring they meet order policies, brand standards, and lead times
  • Support the art approval process, following up on pending approvals and communicating updates to customers
  • Handle complaints, returns, and credits in a proactive and timely manner
  • Monitor rush orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate order delays as needed
  • Assist with billing and invoice inquiries
  • Provide daily support to sales representatives and serve as a resource for order related questions
  • Assist with trade show and sales meeting preparation, with occasional travel required

Schedule & Travel

This is a full time, Monday through Friday position, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional travel to trade shows or customer visits, approximately 1 to 2 times per year.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Outstanding time management, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude

  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and adaptable
