Shift Availability:
- Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm
- EOW- 9am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of recreational programs
- Monitor resident needs, preferences, and attendance
- Clinical Paperwork (care plans, assessments, progress notes)
