The compensation target for this role is: $21.00Job Summary
The shift for this role is Thursday - Saturday, 7:00a - 7:30p. The Production Operator - Max II will produce products in our manufacturing environment. Max Operator IIās will operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met and send completed orders to the Scrim area for further production.Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Ā
Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.āÆāÆĀ
Load and unload items from machines and dolliesāÆāÆĀ
Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process.āÆāÆĀ
Pull damaged or faulty items from the Max machine, as needed.āÆāÆĀ
Ensure that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported.āÆĀ
Record data at each step of the production cycleāÆāÆĀ
Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shiftāÆāÆĀ
Check finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediatelyāÆāÆĀ
Ensure proper labelling of finished items and ensure that they are packaged properlyāÆāÆĀ
Advocate safety practices to the rest of the production staff.āÆĀ

Required Skills, Education, Experience:Ā
High school diploma or equivalentāÆpreferredĀ Ā
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment preferredāÆāÆĀ

This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
