McDonough, GA $32/hour Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

We're looking for an experienced Diesel Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of diesel and gas trucks, trailers, and small engine equipment. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, performing quality repairs, and keeping equipment operating safely, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, brake, tire, and hydraulic issues
• Service small engine equipment
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance
• Maintain repair records and communicate equipment status
• Keep the shop organized and manage parts inventory
• Coordinate major repairs with outside vendors when needed

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of fleet, diesel, truck, trailer, or heavy equipment mechanical experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Basic Microsoft Office and tablet/computer skills
• DOT inspection certification or willingness to obtain

Preferred

• Diesel truck and trailer repair experience
• Small engine repair experience
• Welding/fabrication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
