Warehouse Team Member -1st Shift (Powered Equipment Preferred)

Our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC) in McDonough, GA, is hiring for a Full-time Warehouse Team Member – Putaway position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Follow established procedures to complete tasks efficiently while meeting or exceeding productivity and accuracy goals.
• Use available systems and equipment effectively to manage and process assigned workload.
• Identify and report any issues that could impact customer service, safety, teamwork, or company operations.
• Safely operate equipment and follow company safety guidelines.
• Support other departments and team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations.
• Restock and organize inventory by replenishing prime pick locations with products from Receiving, Retail, Returns, and Bulk.
• Store and transfer products between bulk and prime locations to maintain efficient inventory flow. 

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to read English, perform basic math, and use scanners/computers.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse
• Equipment experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
• Comfortable working at heights.

What Success Looks Like:

Success in this role requires safely and accurately supporting multiple functions throughout the OFC while maintaining productivity, quality, and dependable attendance. You are expected to apply their operational knowledge to identify opportunities, solve problems, and help improve the efficiency and success of the operation.

Pay Rate: $17.70

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. (Overtime may be available on either a mandatory or voluntary basis, primarily during our summer busy season).
