• Supervisecareandtreatments,leadpatientassessments,tailorcareplans,andaddresspatient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Buildmeaningfulrelationshipswithpatientsandtheirfamilies,understandingtheirunique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborateandcommunicateeffectivelywithvariousdepartmentstoensurecoordinatedcare and provide direct patient care when needed.

Qualifications

• ValidRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations.
• CPRcertification(ACLS preferred).
• CRRNcertification preferred.
• Oneyearofexperienceinarehabilitationhospitalsettingis preferred.
