Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Prepare basic sauces, dressings, and other ingredients
- Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes
- Label, date, and store food items properly
- Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support cooks and chefs with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to learn and take direction
