Schedule: 8a-6p all days, 6p-6a Mon, Tue, Fri   

Location/Setting:   Brentwood Home Environment

Age Range:  Infant

Acuity:  High-tech trach/vent

Option B

Schedule: 2p-10p Tue-Sat   

Location/Setting: Homestead Home Environment  

Age Range:  Teenager

Acuity:  High-tech trach/vent

Option C

Schedule: Flexible Day shifts up to 14 hours, Occasional overnights

Location/Setting: White Oak Home Environment  

Age Range:  Teenager

Acuity:  High-tech trach

Qualifications   

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
