We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Center Director to join our team and help lead the operations of our learning center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about education, and has strong leadership, organizational, and people skills.




Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Enrollment

    • Conduct consultations with parents and students to explain Bhanzu’s programs.

    • Drive enrollments by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with families to support retention and referrals.

  • Center Operations

    • Oversee the daily functioning of the center, ensuring classes run smoothly and on schedule.

    • Manage staff schedules, student attendance, and parent communication.

    • Ensure a high-quality student experience and address parent concerns promptly.

  • Material & Resource Management

    • Maintain inventory of learning materials, worksheets, and teaching aids.

    • Ensure timely distribution of materials to instructors and students.

    • Track usage and coordinate with central teams for replenishments.

  • Team Coordination & Support

    • Support teacher training and ensure adherence to Bhanzu teaching methodologies.

    • Motivate and guide the team to meet performance and quality standards.

  • Reporting & Administration

    • Track enrollment, attendance, and performance metrics for the center.

    • Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports with the Center Director.

    • Support in planning and executing center events, workshops, and marketing activities.







Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, operations, or education management preferred.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems effectively.

  • A passion for education and making a positive impact on students’ learning journeys.
