Starting Pay: $25/hr

- Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques.
- Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred).
- Ability to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools.
- Must be able to distinguish colors on charts, fan decks, and labels.
- Dependable transportation.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications.

- Apply Latex, oil-based, and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques.
- Prepare surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) for paint application.
- Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance.

- Repetitive movement.
- Frequent walking throughout the facility.
- Kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Use of hands to operate tools, parts, and equipment.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. while bending, twisting, and standing.
