As a member of our Landscaping & Grounds Crew, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and visually impressive environment across our grounds. This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of a world-class facility and helps ensure our campus reflects the same level of quality found in the products we manufacture.
Starting Pay: $19 per hour
Location: 910 Elm St, McKinney, TX 75069
Schedule:  Monday - Friday; 7 AM - 4 PM​Â
What You’ll DoÂ
In this role, you will support grounds maintenance and campus beautification by:Â
Gathering and removing litter; disposing of debris and waste from designated areasÂ
Using hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruning saws, and hedge trimmersÂ
Operating powered landscaping equipment including mowers, tractors, blowers, chain saws, and moreÂ
Irrigating landscaped areas including lawns, trees, and plant bedsÂ
Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain healthy growthÂ
Mowing and edging lawns using power equipmentÂ
Following landscaping plans to plant flowers, sod, grass, and seasonal foliageÂ
Clearing sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and pathways of debrisÂ
Performing minor equipment maintenance, including refueling, lubrication, and cleaningÂ
Attending required training sessions and company eventsÂ
Supporting additional duties as needed to maintain the groundsÂ

What You BringÂ
High school diploma or GED preferredÂ
Previous landscaping, horticulture, or groundskeeping experience (preferred)Â
Ability to read and write in EnglishÂ
Ability to safely operate both hand tools and powered landscaping equipmentÂ
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditionsÂ
Physical ability to bend, lift, stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and work on your feet for extended periodsÂ

Work EnvironmentÂ
This role is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and involves physically demanding activities across a large industrial campus.Â
